61% of UW-Madison study abroad students participated on semester and year-long programs, 25 points above the national average.
UW-Madison Participation
The average study abroad participation rate for the entire graduating class of 2023-24 was 24%.
The average participation rate of majors with Major Advising Pages (MAPs) was 26%. The average participation rate of majors that do not have MAPs was 15%.
