Anna studied abroad in Brisbane, Australia on the University of Queensland (UQ) Exchange. UQ is a world leader in neuroscience research as well as one of Australia’s top research-intensive universities. As a Neurobiology and Kinesiology major, Anna was enraptured by the opportunity to dabble in UQ’s neuroscience research and gain profound knowledge. This experience enabled her to both further her passion in the neurology field and foster personal growth through cultural immersion. Some of her favorite moments abroad included snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef, exploring the multitude of multicultural cities, and having cooking nights with her friends! Anna cherishes her study abroad journey deeply and hopes to continue her travels in future career aspirations.
