Ainsley is a senior majoring in Engineering Mechanics: Aerospace who studied abroad during spring semester of 2025 in Ireland at the University of Limerick. Her favorite part of the experience was getting to take specialized aeronautical classes that really appealed to her interests and were not offered at UW-Madison. Ainsley also really enjoyed the many opportunities she had to explore a new country, to learn about different cultures and traditions, and learn about the small, everyday differences about Ireland from her Irish classmates. She felt that the whole experience was extremely worthwhile, as she became a more confident person with a greater understanding of the world. She would recommend the experience to anyone!
