Biography
I work as one of the Study Abroad Enrollment Managers who oversee the admissions processes for UW–Madison study abroad programs.
An Iowa native, I graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Arabic. As a student at Iowa, I first studied abroad during my freshman year in an intensive Arabic language summer program in Fez, Morocco. I went on to study abroad three more times, including a summer program in Oman, the Critical Language Scholarship program in Jordan, and an academic year in Jordan as a Boren Scholar.
Before starting my role at UW–Madison, I worked for two years as a study abroad advisor at the University of Mississippi. In my personal time, I enjoy going to local music shows, watching NBA games, and reading about both local and international politics.
