Kristin Calkins

As a Study Abroad Advisor, I advise students and manage a portfolio of Spanish and Portuguese language study abroad programs. I received my BA in English and M.S. Ed in Student Affairs Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. During my graduate program, I studied abroad in the United Kingdom and had the opportunity to learn about student services practices abroad. Before working at UW-Madison, I was an International Student Advisor at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Outside of work, I enjoy biking, exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.
