Program: IES Vienna
Major: Psychology
Izabella participated in the IES Vienna program during the spring 2026 semester. As a psychology major, she used this program to expand her learning beyond the US and fully immerse herself in the rich psychoanalytic history Vienna had to offer.
As a first-generation student who had never traveled overseas before, she was able to fully immerse herself in the rich culture Austria has to offer. Some of her favorite memories while in Vienna include her program’s organized excursions, visiting many famous art museums on class field trips, taking baking classes with her friends, exploring the different districts, and trying Viennese cafes!
Izabella’s experience abroad has offered her extensive interpersonal growth and a well-rounded global perspective. She hopes to get the chance to study abroad again and will definitely be back to visit Vienna!
