Paige Navis

As a Study Abroad Advisor, I advise students and manage a variety of study abroad programs within the College of Engineering and International Academic Programs. As a first-generation college student, who had never been outside of the U.S., attending college was just as foreign as the idea of studying abroad. After transferring colleges between my first and second semesters, I found that studying abroad was possible. During my time at St. Norbert College I spent a semester abroad in London studying coursework related to my Psychology and Sociology majors. My semester abroad gave me clarity in the form of a career path in international education. After working as an AmeriCorps member with College Possible in Milwaukee, I obtained my M.S.Ed in Student Affairs Administration from UW La Crosse while completing a graduate assistantship in international education. Prior to joining the study abroad advising team in IAP, I worked as an Enrollment Manager. In my free time I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with my dog, Otto.
