Bola Olaniyan

Bola is an experienced nonprofit and higher education leader with a strong track record in experiential learning and operational strategy. She has served as Executive Director of The Sadie Collective, where she scaled operations and programming to increase access to educational and professional opportunities for those in the social sciences. Previously (2016-2021), she directed the Wisconsin in Washington program (at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, an academic internship program that supports students with internship opportunities in Washington, D.C.) Her expertise spans program design, stakeholder engagement, DEI strategy, and cross-sector partnerships. Bola is passionate about expanding access to professional development and building systems that foster equity and impact.
