Larissa Yankovich

As a Study Abroad Enrollment Manager, I manage the admission process for a variety of study abroad opportunities within International Academic Programs. I attended UW-Madison where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in World Language Education. I studied abroad in Rennes, France, where I had a language immersion experience through a homestay and an internship teaching English. After graduating, I spent a year living in a rural French town as an English language assistant through the TAPIF program.

Since then, I’ve spent many years teaching middle and high school French and have taken French learners abroad. In addition to teaching K-12 learners, I’ve worked for various nonprofit organizations managing STEM and literacy community education programs. Outside of work, I love to be outdoors rain or shine, can be found crafting or cooking, seeing live music, and planning my next road trip.
